We do not accept returns unless a lamp is
defective so as to be reasonably judged as 'not of merchantable quality'
All lamps are sold with a 12 months
warranty from date of purchase. In certain circumstances outbound postage
will be refunded. After 12 months a minimum £10 service charge plus return
postage will be payable. The cost of parts used will be charged in
addition, as will any extra labour time over a 'quick fix' solution.
The procedure is to first contact us by
email, and then return the item to the address on this website enclosing
an advice note with name and address (and old address if changed since
purchase) and nature of the fault. Please
include any RMA number allocated by the initial email contact.
We do not correspond through third party
websites that require us to 'sign up' to something, any emails received that link to
such sites are automatically deleted.

SUPPORT DIY
REPAIRS OF ANY KIND TO OUR LAMPS OR SUPPLY OR SELL COMPONENT PARTS.
THIS POLICY IS NOT OPEN TO DEBATE.
LAMPS ARE SOLD AS SUITABLE FOR
UNDERGROUND USE, HOWEVER TYPES AND CONDITIONS OF USE VARY DRAMATICALLY WE
THEREFORE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ANCILLARY DAMAGE IN THE
EVENT A FAULT DEVELOPS. NO LAMPS CURRENTLY PRODUCED ARE SUITABLE FOR
DIVING.
